Join us in the Waterfront Restaurant for a taste of France during the month of February. Chef Willy Beaudry along with Michelin Star Chef Dominique Dien has created a menu featuring French lunch and dinner specialties. Chef Dien has worked at some of Paris’ best restaurants including Maxims de Paris and the Eiffel Tower; he will be working along side the crest culinary team to refine classic French dishes.

A selection of great French wines, French café music and an oceanfront setting make for a perfect taste of France during the month of romance.
